I ate pretty bad today ( 650 calories, 8 grams of fat. I usually have 300-500 and 2 grams of fat! ) I was wondering, Should I have plain oatmeal ( 100 calories, 2 grams fat ) A small apple ( 55 calories ) OR a whole wheat homemade blueberry muffin ( 147 calories, 2 grams fat )
nooooooo to the muffin, way too much oil and carbs! go with the oatmeal and apple. Also, you should start looking at carbs. People often over look it but its a key component to quick weight loss.
Hi.. I’m 5’3 and 125 pounds I used to weigh 105 pounds and I want to get back to it because I basically dont fit into any of my clothes.. I’m doing it tomorrow starting on the 500 calorie tomorrow.. How much weight would I loose..? I really cant fit into any of my clothes. Everyday in school I wear the same two baggy shirts because I can’t fit in to my 500 other clothes… thank you.
Not sure how much you will lose on the ABC diet as everyones body responds to dieting differently! However, if you really want to lose the weight fast then completely stop eating carbs (cereal, rice, pasta, bread, etc.) and when i say stop eating it, i mean not even a bite! you could drop over 5 pounds within the first week.
hi! if i eat under 1000 calories a day and drink lots of water and green tea, do you think i could lose a lot of muscle and weight in two months? i want to exercise, but my body just ends up gaining more muscle without losing fat and i just get really bulky ): so i want to exercise after i reach my ugw. (my stats are 5'4" and 119 lbs)

what should i eat on ABC diet ? and do i need to exercise ?
eat minimal carbs and dairy. Stick to fruits and veggies as well as protein the size of your palm (3oz). Personally, my usual daily diet includes turkey bacon or egg whites for breakfast, tuna, chicken or porkchop for lunch or dinner, one fruit like a peach, a cup of water melon or cantaloupe, and veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, salad or celery. Also, exercise is never necessarily a part of a diet but obviously it help you if you decide to.
just read the answer you gave about ABC diet , im planning to start it tomorrow. is it just like taking for example 500 cals for monday and theres nothing to do more like exercise or burn what you eat ? bcuz im really lazy and how much weight i lose when i complete the 8 weeks ( approx. i mean) ?
not sure how much weight you will lose because it depends on your body type, your height, how much you already way, you’re eating habits prior to the diet, theres a lot to take in! i hate working out to but a couple things i do just to get my heart pumping a bit are sit ups, a few push ups and a one minute wall squat. Try it! it honestly only takes 15 mins.

Thankyou! Try the ABC diet because it includes fasting and never exceeds 500 calories! Also, complete;y cut carbs and dairy! i say this to everyone because trust me it works! I Lost 11.5 pounds in the first week of this! If you’re going to skip a meal, don’t make it breakfast! Also, don’t cheat. It just fucks with you’re metabolism, you wont see results. And when i say don’t cheat, i mean not even one bite !

Sounds a little risky. Rather than enhancing your metabolism, sounds more like your affecting your immune system which is probably why you arent feeling as good when you eat. The best metabolism speeding diet i have heard of so far is the ABC diet, give it a try instead. It includes
some fasting but minimal. Eating, fasting and eating may not be anorexia but it affects the way your body reacts when fed which can be negative. ABC diet, on the other hand, shocks your system with different calorie intakes each day. I’ve looked into it and it sounds healthier than what you’re doing but congratulations on the 4 pounds you have lost!
When your discouraged and feeling weak, think about how good you’ll look and feel in that sexy lace tank top, or those super short shorts or that little black dress you’ve been dreaming of. Aim for that perfect bikini bod.
I’ll be honest, i definitely do not fulfill the daily required calories i should be having but im not extreme to the point of only eating a cracker a day. I wouldn’t say im pro-ana but im not one to judge anyone who is. Some of my pictures definitely portray very thin bodies and some of my quotes are pro ana but my thin tips and dieting/exercise advice is all very healthy and accurate. :)

I didn't read this in time. My dad pissed me off, and that made me say "fuck it, im eating the bar" to myself. oh well, i think i will be ok. it's not like icecream or popcorn, stuff I would usually be eating before my diet.
Yes, you are right! It is always better to eat something healthy over something junky even if your only having a nibble! Try not to eat out of anger, it can get you into trouble! LOL. Trust me, ive been there. But goodluck to you! message if you have any other questions.
I really want to eat the other half of a nature valley bar that I had today,I just did a 24 hour fast from yesterday at 2:00pm to today at 2:00pm, im on the eat stop eat diet. And since my fast ended, i've had a salad with light dressing, a toasted tomatoe (1 small tomatoe) & avacado (1/2) sandwich on rye (lowest cal bread, think 70 cal per peice), 1 nature valley bar, (2 is 222 cal), do you think i can have the other half now without ruining my fast from the day before? :(
Personally, i always stick to minimal carbs whether im on a fast or not. I’d say if you’re that hungry, go for a high water concentrated fruit/veggie and save the bar for breakfast :)
I don't eat sweets of any kind, I have alcohol about once a month or two, and I'm vegetarian so when I do eat it's always vegetables and i always eat them without any dressing, steamed. I also eat the occasional egg. I don't drink a lot of milk or eat a lot of carbs.
Maybe your not getting enough protein? It could also be the alcohol, even though its not often, your body isnt used to that calorie intake.
hi, im 5'2'' and 97lb. I've been trying to lose weight for months and months but I'm seeing nearly no progress at all! I'm exercising 5 times a week. If I eat at all, I eat under 500 cal a day and I drink tons of water too. I don't know what else I can do. Please helppp
firstly, i need to know what types of foods your eating? the fastest way to do it as you may have previously read in my other responses is eliminating carbs and dairy. Also, stick to fruits with high water concentration and not a lot of carbs. Use light vinegars on your salads. Do you ever eat sweets? drink alcohol?

Im trying to lose weight, but lately ive been drinking alot of water. but im bloating so much. is that normal?
If you are completely starving your self then yes, it is normal. When the body doesn’t receive food it goes into starvation mode. This means the next time you eat a meal, your body will store the fats rather than ridding them in order to feed off of them later since your tummy doesn’t know when its going to get food again. If you’re not starving your self then it could just be that your constipated -not to be gross-. Also, have you been cheating on the diet? Because if you go back and fourth between dieting and binging, your body retains water which bloats you as well. When dieting its best to stick to it! Hope I answered your question! Set yourself a realistic body image goal that you want to reach but make sure its fit to your body type so that you’ll actually be able to get there. Get a picture of your goal body type; look at it when your discouraged or feeling like you want to binge.
