abc diet?
Hi.. I’m 5’3 and 125 pounds I used to weigh 105 pounds and I want to get back to it because I basically dont fit into any of my clothes.. I’m doing it tomorrow starting on the 500 calorie tomorrow.. How much weight would I loose..? I really cant fit into any of my clothes. Everyday in school I wear the same two baggy shirts because I can’t fit in to my 500 other...

Set yourself a realistic body image goal that you want to reach but make sure its fit to your body type so that you’ll actually be able to get there. Get a picture of your goal body type; look at it when your discouraged or feeling like you want to binge.
