&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup of chic peas&lt;br/&gt;
2 cups of arugula &lt;br/&gt;
1/4 cup of red onion&lt;br/&gt;
1/4 cup of feta cheese&lt;br/&gt;
1 diced tomato &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dressing:&lt;br/&gt;
2 tbsp rice vinegar&lt;br/&gt;
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil &lt;br/&gt;
*whisk together and add black pepper to taste &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Total net calories: 335&lt;/p&gt;
