1 dempsters thin whole grain bun(130calories)
1 slice of Kraft low fat cheddar cheese(25calories)
1 slice of pillers smoked breakfast ham(30calories)
5 tbsp of egg whites(42calories)
*optional* 2 slices of tomato
Toast your bun, fry up your egg and ham and throw everything together for a total of 252 calories! Not an every day meal but perfect for a Sunday treat to reward yourself for a healthy week
My toast to skinny; this year will be a healthier year. Yes, there will be ups and downs, occasional cheats or binges and missed workouts. Yummy salad recipe for all you skinnys
1/2 cup of chic peas
2 cups of arugula
1/4 cup of red onion
1/4 cup of feta cheese
1 diced tomato
Dressing:
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
*whisk together and add black pepper to taste
Total net calories: 335
Very healthy and quite filling!!
